Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing from KAB Gold (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Due to the nature of gold products and the fluctuation of market prices, the following policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled if payment has not yet been confirmed.
Once an order has been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Returns
Gold products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase.
However, return requests may be considered if the product received is incorrect and does not match the order placed by the customer.
All return requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product.
Returned products must remain in their original condition, including original packaging, security seals, certificates of authenticity, and any accompanying accessories or documentation (where applicable).
Products that have been opened, altered, damaged, tampered with, scratched, defaced, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund.
KAB Gold reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition and authenticity of any returned product before approving any return, replacement, exchange, or refund request.
3. Required Proof
To facilitate verification and investigation of any claim, customers must provide the following:
• A video recording showing the parcel being opened (unboxing video);
• Clear photographs of the product received; and
• The relevant order number.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be processed or approved.
4. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days; and
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
Actual processing times may vary depending on the relevant financial institution or payment service provider.
5. Company Rights
KAB Gold reserves the right to:
• Reject any refund or return request that does not comply with the requirements set out in this Policy;
• Request additional information or supporting documents for verification purposes;
• Conduct investigations regarding any disputed order, return, or refund request; and
• Update, amend, modify, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.
6. Market Price Fluctuation
Customers acknowledge and agree that the value of gold, silver, and other precious metals is subject to market fluctuations.
Any change in market price after an order has been placed shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, exchange, replacement, or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
KAB Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from any purchase, return request, refund request, delay, or inability to fulfil a refund request except where required by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
